Dak Karmayogi e-Learning Portal: Upskilling the Postal Workforce

The Department of Posts has launched the Dak Karmayogi e-Learning portal, a comprehensive initiative aimed at building the competencies of its Departmental employees and Gramin Dak Sewaks.

This platform facilitates online and blended learning, providing uniform, standardized training content accessible anytime, anywhere.

Aligned with the Hon'ble Prime Minister's Mission Karmayogi, this portal emphasizes efficiency enhancement within the postal workforce.

It fosters a shift from "rule" to "role", equipping employees with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

The Dak Karmayogi portal serves as a central repository for training materials covering work procedures and essential soft skills.

This allows employees and Gramin Dak Sewaks to learn relevant subjects at their own pace, on their own schedule.

By investing in its workforce through continuous learning, the Department of Posts aims to improve the quality of rural and urban postal services.

With a strong focus on competency development, the portal empowers over 1,65,000 Departmental employees

and 2,40,000 Gramin Dak Sewaks (as of December 31, 2021) to deliver enhanced services with greater efficiency and effectiveness.
